At 10:30 a.m. the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Lewis nomination.
Upon disposition of the Lewis nomination the Senate will resume consideration of the Anderson nomination.
At 2:30 p.m. the Senate will have 2 cloture votes on:
- Robert Anderson to be Solicitor of the Department of the Interior.
- Eugene Meyer to be General Counsel, Department of Homeland Security.
