The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of the nomination of Jeremy C. Daniel to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.

- Motion to invoke cloture on the Daniel nomination.
At approximately 2:15 p.m. – 2 roll call votes:
- Confirmation of the Daniel nomination (if invoked)
- Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #177 Darrel James Papillion to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
If cloture is invoked on the Papillion nomination, the confirmation vote will occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader following consultation with the Republican Leader.
