Absent an agreement, under the rule, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Zeldin nomination at 1:00 p.m.
If cloture is invoked, under regular order, at approximately 3:30 p.m. the Senate will proceed to two votes:
1. Confirmation of the Zeldin nomination.
2. Cloture on the nomination of Doug Burgum to be Secretary of Interior.
