11:52 a.m. The Senate began a rollcall vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.

11:49 a.m. The Senate confirmed the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence in a vote of 52 to 48.
Senator McConnell voted no.

11:14 a.m. The Senate began a rollcall vote on confirmation of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence.

11:08 a.m. Senator Wyden spoke against the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.

The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence, post-cloture.

At approximately 11:00 a.m., the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:

  1. Confirmation of the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.

If cloture is invoked on the Kennedy nomination, the post-cloture time will count as if it was invoked at 1:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 12th.
