The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence, post-cloture.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:
- Confirmation of the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence.
- Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.
If cloture is invoked on the Kennedy nomination, the post-cloture time will count as if it was invoked at 1:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 12th.
