He then received unanimous consent that if cloture is invoked on the Davenport nomination, that the vote on confirmation will happen at a time to be determined by the Majority and Minority Leader, during session on Thursday session. He also received unanimous consent that the Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture during Thursday session on the nominations of Tiffany Rene Johnson to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia and Keli Marie Neary to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
4:29 p.m. By a vote of 52 to 46, the Senate invoked cloture on the nomination of Elizabeth C. Coombe to be US District Judge for the Northern District of New York. Senators Collins and Murkowski voted in favor. Senator Sinema and Vance did not vote.
