The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following Leader remarks, will resume consideration of the nomination of Brent Neiman to be a Deputy Under Secretary of the Treasury. At approximately 5:30 p.m. the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Neiman nomination.
