The Senate will convene at 10 a.m. and will resume consideration of the nomination of David Joseph to be a U.S. District Court judge for the Western District of Louisiana. 

At 11:30 a.m., the Senate will conduct two roll call votes:

  1. Cloture on the Joseph nomination;
  2. Cloture on the nomination of Dana Wade to be an Assistant Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Following the vote on the Wade nomination, the Senate will recess to accommodate the weekly caucus luncheons until 2:15 p.m.

At 2:30 p.m. the Senate is expected to conduct two roll call votes on confirmation of the Joseph and Wade nominations.
