At approximately 11:30 a.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Vazirani nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #1037 Steven M. Dettelbach, of Ohio, to be Director, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
Following that vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Dettelbach nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #975 Michael S.
