The Senate will convene at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14 and following Leader remarks, will resume consideration of the nomination of Gina R. Mendez-Miro to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico, post-cloture.
At 11:30 a.m., the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:
- Confirmation of the Mendez-Miro nomination.
- Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Lindsay C. Jenkins to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
Following the cloture vote on the Jenkins nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. for weekly caucus lunches.
At 2:15 p.m. the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:
