4:55 p.m. The Senate confirmed the nomination of Cynthia Dixon to be a District Judge for the central district of California on a party line tally of 49-47.

• This was a party line vote with Senators Manchin, Sinema, Sullivan and Vance not voting.

3:37 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on confirmation of the nomination of Cynthia Valenzuela Dixon to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California.

10:15 a.m. Majority Leader Schumer spoke on the CHIPs bill, nominations, disaster aid, artificial intelligence, and paid tribute to retiring Senator Cardin who will give his farewell speech later today.

The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and following Leader remarks will resume consideration of the nomination of Lauren McFerran to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board.

At approximately 11:30 a.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination of Keli Neary to be a District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Following the Neary vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.
