The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m.  At that time, resume consideration of the nomination of Noel Wise to be District Judge for the Northern District of California.

At approximately 11:00 a.m. the Senate will proceed to two cloture votes on the following district judge nominations:
1. Noel Wise for the Northern District of California.
2. Gail Weilheimer for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

At 1:45 p.m. the Senate will proceed to a vote on confirmation of the nomination of Sharad Desai to be District Judge for the District of Arizona.

Unanimous consent agreement that the confirmation votes on the following nominations occur at a time to be determined no earlier than Monday December 2, 2024:
Brian Edward Murphy to be District Judge for the District of Massachusetts.
Anne Hwang to be District Judge for the Central District of California.
Cynthia Dixon to be District Judge for the Central District of California.
Catherine Henry to be District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Noel Wise to be District Judge for the Northern District of California. (if invoked)
Gail Weilheimer to be District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. (if invoked)
