At approximately 11:30 a.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on the Rodriguez nomination.
At approximately 2:00 p.m., the Senate will proceed to two votes:
1. Confirmation of the nomination of Jose Javier Rodriguez to be an Assistant Secretary of Labor.
2. Passage of S.J.Res.62, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval of the rule submitted by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service relating to “Importation of Fresh Beef From Paraguay”.
