Senators voting no: Blackburn, Cruz, Ernst, Hagerty, Hawley, Hyde-Smith, Kennedy, Marshall, McConnell, Paul, Rubio, Schmitt, Scott (FL), Scott (SC), Sullivan, and Tuberville. At approximately 2:15 p.m. the Senate will proceed to a vote on cloture on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.2073 with amendment #3021 (KOSA/COPPA).
