The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m.  Following any Leader remarks, there will be ten minutes for debate remaining on the  of Mulvaney nomination; after which proceed to a roll call vote on the nomination.

Following disposition of the Mulvaney nomination, there will be ten minutes for debate prior to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Scott Pruitt to be Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.

If cloture is invoked, post-cloture time will count as if invoked at 7:00 a.m.; thus if all 30 hours are used a roll call vote on confirmation of the Pruitt nomination would occur at approximately 1:00pm on Friday.

ML McConnell also filed cloture on the Ross, Zinke, Carson, and Perry nominations during Monday’s session.  By rule, each of those cloture votes will occur following disposition of the previous nomination in the order in which the clotures were filed.  Thus, the cloture vote on the Ross nomination will occur following disposition of the Pruitt nomination, the cloture vote with respect to the Zinke nomination will occur following disposition of the Ross nomination, and so on.  Each nomination is subject to up to thirty hours of post-cloture debate.
