The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 2:00 p.m. Senator Duckworth presided and no business was conducted.

Following the pro forma session the Senate will stand adjourned until Monday, April 8 at 3:00 p.m. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Susan Bazis to be United States District Judge for the District of Nebraska.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on the Bazis nomination.
