The Senate will convene at 12:00 noon and will resume consideration of H.R. 815, the legislative vehicle for the National Security Act. If no time agreement is reached, the next vote is expected to occur around 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 11.
As a reminder, Senator Schumer filled the amendment tree, filed cloture on the substitute amendment to H.R. 815, and also filed cloture on the bill itself on Friday.
