He then announced a pro forma session on Friday at 6:30 p.m.
The Senate will return for business on Tuesday May 14th at 3:00 p.m. with one vote that evening at 5:30 p.m. on cloture on the nomination of Courtney Diesel O’Donnell to be United States Permanent Representative to the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization.

2) Sanket Jayshukh Bulsara to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
3) Seth Robert Aframe to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit.
8:07 p.m. The Senate passed H.R. 3935, the FAA reauthorization, 88-4. Senators voting against: Cardin, Kaine, Van Hollen and Warner. Senators not voting: Barrasso, Braun, Britt, Hagerty, Manchin, Menendez, Romney & Sinema.
6:00 p.m. The Senate began voting on passage of H.R. 3935.
5:57 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer achieved UC to take apart the tree, approved the substitute amendment by voice vote and begin vote on passage of the underlying bill with a sixty vote threshold.
5:15 p.m. Majority Leader Schumer asked UC that only the Warner/Kaine amendment be in order, after a vote on the amendment the Senate vote on the substitute amendment and passage of the bill with a 60 vote threshold. Senator Cruz objected.
