Senators not voting: Cotton, Cramer, Durbin, Fetterman, Hoeven, Lujan, Lummis, Menendez, Merkley, Risch, and Sinema.

The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and following any Leader remarks will resume consideration of the nomination of Katherine Oler to be an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia for the term of fifteen years.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on the Oler nomination.
Cloture has also been filed on the nomination of Mustafa Kasubhai to be United States District Judge for the District of Oregon.
Unanimous consent agreements:
- At a time to be determined it will be in order for the Chair to lay before the Senate the House message to accompany S.870; The Control Act of 1974 to authorize appropriations for the United States Fire Administration and firefighter assistance grant programs. The Majority Leader or his designee will be recognized to make a motion to concur in the House amendments. There will then be up to 2 hours of debate and upon the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate will proceed to a vote on the motion to concur in the House amendments (passage) without further intervening action or debate
- At a time to be determined, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination of Stephanie Sullivan to be Representative of the United States of America to the African Union, with the rank and status of Ambassador.
