At approximately 11:00 a.m. the Senate is expected to vote on the motion to proceed to S.J.Res.3 A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Internal Revenue Service relating to “Gross Proceeds Reporting by Brokers That Regularly Provide Services Effectuating Digital Asset Sales” (Cruz).
The Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to allow for weekly caucus lunches.
If the motion to proceed is agreed to the Senate is expected to vote on passage of S.J.Res.3 at a time TBD during today’s session.
