6:33 p.m. By a vote of 48-43, the Senate confirmed the nomination of Anne Hwang to be District Judge for the Central District of CA.
- Senator Collins was the only GOP to vote in favor.
- Senators Cramer, Fetterman, Hoeven, King, Murray Risch, Rubio, Sinema and Vance did not vote.
5:30 p.m. The Senate began a vote on confirmation of the nomination of Anne Hwang to be District Judge for the Central District of California.
