- Cloture on the nomination of Lori Chavez-DeRemer to be Secretary of Labor.
- Cloture on the motion to proceed to S.331, a bill to amend the Controlled Substances Act with respect to the scheduling of fentanyl-related substances.
If cloture is invoked on the Chavez-DeRemer nomination, the confirmation vote on the nomination will occur at a time to be determined on Monday, March 10th.
