If cloture is invoked on the McFerran nomination, unless further agreement is reached, following up to two hours of debate the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:
- Confirmation of the McFerran nomination.
- Cloture on the nomination of Joshua Ditelberg to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board.
If cloture is invoked on the Ditelberg nomination, there will be up to two hours of debate after the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Ditelberg nomination.
