The Senate will convene on Tuesday, February 11 at 10:00 a.m. and resume consideration of the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence, post cloture. If all time is used/absent an agreement, the confirmation vote would occur at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday morning; followed by a cloture vote on the Kennedy nomination.
