The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence, post cloture.
The Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.
At approximately 12:30 a.m., absent a time agreement and if all time is used, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes relative to the following:
1) Confirmation of the nomination of Tulsi Gabbard to be Director of National Intelligence.
2) Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to be Secretary of Health and Human Services.
