At about 9:45 a.m., a roll call vote is expected on passage of H.J. Res. 67, a resolution to disapprove of the proposed retirement savings regulation.
After disposition of H.J. Res. 67, the Majority Leader is expected to offer a motion to proceed to H.J. Res. 43, disapproving of a proposed Health and Human Services Department regulation on Title X (money for family planning).
A roll call vote on to the motion to proceed to H.J.Res. 43 will occur at that time. If the Senate proceeds to H.J. Res. 43, there will be up to 10 hours for debate, equally divided, prior to a roll call vote on passage of the joint resolution.
