The following was passed by UC: SRes 133, honoring Elizabeth Smith Friedman Kritanalis. UC was also achieved that when the Senate adjourns it reconvene on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and resume consideration of the motion to proceed to S Res 50, and that the Senate recess from 12:30 – 2:15 p.m.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.268, making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019.
Cloture has been filed on the Shelby substitute amendment #201 and on the underlying bill H.R.268.
At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Shelby substitute amendment #201. If cloture is not invoked, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on H.R.268.
Cloture has also been filed on the motion to proceed to S.Res.50, related to procedures for the consideration of nominations in the Senate.
If cloture is not invoked on the substitute amendment #201 or H.R.268, the cloture motion on the motion to proceed to S.Res.50 will ripen at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 2nd.
