- Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Dean Sauer to be Solicitor General of the United States.
- Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Harmeet Dhillon to be an Assistant Attorney General.
If cloture is invoked on the Sauer or Dhillon nominations, at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Democratic Leader, during today’s session, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes relative to the following:
- Confirmation of the nomination of Dean Sauer to be Solicitor General of the United States.
- Confirmation of the nomination of Harmeet Dhillon to be an Assistant Attorney General.
