At 11:30am, all post-cloture time on the Liburdi and Welte nominations will expire and the Senate will vote on confirmation. Upon disposition of Welte nomination, cloture will ripen on the Hendrick (TX) nomination and the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture.
Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

The Senate convenes at 3:00 p.m. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will consider the Veto Messages to accompany S.J.Res.36, 37, and 38, with the time until 5:30 pm equally divided, and with 30 minutes reserved for the Chairman and Ranking Member respectively.
At 5:30 pm, the Senate will vote on passage of the joint resolutions (veto override).
