The Senate convened for a pro forma session today at 12:00 p.m. No business was conducted and Senator Welch presided.

The Senate returns for business at 10:00am on Tuesday, October 24. At that time, following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to consideration of Executive Calendar #364, Michael Whitaker to be Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

The Senate will recess from 12:30 p.m.-2:15 p.m. to allow for weekly caucus meetings.

At 2:15 p.m. the Senate will vote on cloture on the Whitaker nomination.
