At 5:30 p.m., the Senate will proceed to a cloture vote on the motion to proceed to S.2311.

If cloture is not invoked, the Senate will immediately proceed to a cloture vote on the nomination of David Stras to be United States Circuit Judge for the Eighth Circuit.
