Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume the motion to proceed to H.R.3935, to reauthorize and improve the Federal Aviation Administration and other civil aviation programs (vehicle for a continuing resolution).

At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to the bill.
