The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 10:00 a.m. Senator Booker presided and by unanimous consent changed the time of the next pro forma session, on Tuesday October 1 from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No other business was conducted.

The Senate returns for business on Tuesday, November 12 at 3:00 p.m. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of April Perry to be a District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois. At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Perry nomination.
