The Senate convened at 9:30 a.m. for a pro forma session. Senator Schatz presided and no business was conducted.

The Senate will next meet at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to consideration of the nomination of Brent Neiman to be a Deputy Under Secretary of the Treasury. At 5:30 the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Neiman nomination.
