The Senate convened at 12:00 noon for a pro forma session. Senator Murphy presided and no business was conducted.

Following the pro forma the Senate stands adjourned until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5. At that time, following any leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Ronald Keohane to be an Assistant Secretary of Defense. There will be a cloture vote at 5:30 p.m. on the Keohane nomination.
