The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 10:00 a.m. Senator Baldwin presided and no business was conducted.

The Senate returns for business on Tuesday, June 11 at 3:00 p.m. with a vote that evening at 5:30 p.m. on cloture on the nomination of of David Rosner to be a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
