The Senate will convene at 12:00 p.m., and following any Leader remarks, will proceed to the consideration of S.J.Res.55, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Council on Environmental Quality relating to “National Environmental Policy Act Implementing Regulations Revisions”.

At approximately 1:45 p.m. the Senate will proceed to two votes:
1. Passage of S.J.Res.55,
2. Confirmation of the nomination of Roopali Desai to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.
