The Senate convened for a pro forma session at 1:45 p.m. Senator Duckworth presided and no business was conducted.

The Senate returns on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. There will be two votes at 2:30 p.m.:
1. Confirmation of Stephanie Davis to be Circuit Judge for the 6th Circuit.
2. Cloture on Dara Lindenbaum to be a Member of the FEC.
