9:10 p.m. Leader Schumer said the Senate will be in at 10:30 on Thursday and resume the infrastructure legislation. The frist roll call vote will  be at 11:30a.m.

8:46 p.m. The Senate is now voting on Schumer amendment #2570, to establish safety standards for certain limousines. The measure was approved by a roll call vote of 58-39.

8:41 p.m.  The Senate adopted the Fischer-Cortez Masto amendment #2164 by a vote of 95-0.

8:21 p.m. Senator Cortez-Masto spoke supporting the Fischer amendment.

8:20 p.m. Senator Fischer spoke on her amendment #2164 re: online mapping tool displaying broadband deployment projects.

8:18 p.m. The Senate adopted by voice vote the Bennet-Hoeven amendment #2548 in relation to H.R.3684, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

1:26 p.m. The Senate is now voting on Wicker amendment #2146, to provide that the Administrative Procedures Act shall apply to actions taken by the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information in carrying out the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program.

The Senate will convene at 10:30 a.m. and following any Leader remarks, will resume consideration of H.R.3684, the legislative vehicle for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

At 12:00 Noon, Senator Kelly will deliver his Maiden Speech to the Senate.

At approximately 12:15 p.m., the Senate will vote on Johnson amendment #2245 (border wall) set at a 60-vote threshold.

Roll call votes on additional amendments are expected during today’s session.
