The Senate will vote on cloture on the Young nomination at 11:45 a.m. Following the vote they will recess until 2:15 for weekly party lunches. Further votes on the Young nomination and also on the nomination of Vivek Murthy to be the Surgeon General will occur during Tuesday’s session.
