The Senate will convene at 12:00 p.m. and resume consideration of the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
At approximately 12:45 p.m., the Senate will begin a live quorum. Once a quorum is established, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Barrett nomination.
If cloture is invoked on the Barrett nomination, there will be up to thirty hours of debate prior to a vote on confirmation, which is expected on Monday evening, October 26.
