At 11:00 a.m., the Senate will vote on the motions to invoke cloture on the Solomson (US Court of Federal Claims), Roumel (US Court of Federal Claims), and DeSombre (Ambassador to Thailand) nominations.
If cloture is invoked on any of the nominations, at 5:00p.m. on Wednesday, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nominations.
