1. Confirmation vote on Bress nomination
2. Cloture on Kent Wetherell to be a district judge for the Northern District of Florida
3. Damon Leichty to be a district judge for the Northern District of Indiana
4. Nicholas Ranjan to be a district judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania

Further, that if cloture is invoked, the confirmation votes occur at a time to be determined on Wednesday.
