The Senate will convene at 9:30 a.m. and resume consideration of the motion to proceed to a bill making supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019 (H.R. 268, Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2019), post-cloture.
The Senate expects to adopt the motion to proceed to H.R.268 during Wednesday’s session of the Senate.
