S.3170: Making certain changes to the reporting requirement of certain service providers regarding child sexual exploitation visual depictions, and for other purposes.
S.3354: to amend the Missing Children’s Assistance Act.
S.Res.637: designating September 2018, as “National Kinship Care Month.”
S.Res.656: recognizing and supporting the goals and ideals of National Forensic Science Week.

1:14 p.m. The Senate confirmed the nomination of Lisa Porter by a vote of 98-1. Senator Paul voted no. Senator Sullivan did not vote.

12:40 p.m. Roll call vote began on the confirmation of the Porter nomination.

12:00 p.m. The Senate convened.
