The Senate will convene at 11:00 a.m., and following any leader remarks, will resume consideration of the nomination of Walter Counts to be US District Judge for the Western District of Texas.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
There will be no further roll call votes this week. The next roll call vote will be at 5:30pm on Monday, January 8th.
