The Senate will convene at 10 a.m. and will resume post-cloture consideration of the nomination of Jay Clayton to the Securities and Exchange Commission. If all time is used, post-cloture debate on Clayton will conclude at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The Senate will recess today from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. for weekly policy lunches.
