At 11:00 a.m. the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and vote on cloture on the nomination of Kash Patel to be Director of the FBI.

If cloture is invoked, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Patel nomination at 1:45 p.m.

We anticipate the Senate then resuming consideration of S Con Res 7 and the “vote-arama” to begin at some point later in the day Thursday.
