At 11:30 a.m. The Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Matthew James Marzano to be a Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the term of five years expiring June 30, 2028.

5:20 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on confirmation of Noel Wise to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of California.

12:09 p.m. The Senate began a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Lauren McGarity McFerran to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board.

The Senate will convene at 11:00 a.m. and following any Leader remarks will resume consideration of the nomination of Lauren McFerran to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board.

At approximately 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on cloture on the McFerran nomination.

If cloture is invoked on the McFerran nomination, unless further agreement is reached, following up to two hours of debate the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:

  1. Confirmation of the McFerran nomination.
  2. Cloture on the nomination of Joshua Ditelberg to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board.

If cloture is invoked on the Ditelberg nomination, there will be up to two hours of debate after the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Ditelberg nomination.
