1:45 p.m. The Senate began voting on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Keli Neary for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

1:45 p.m. Senator Wyden achieved unanimous consent for the adoption of S. Res. 74, as amended, A resolution condemning the Government of Iran’s state-sponsored persecution of the Baha’i minority and its continued violation of the International Covenants on Human Rights.

1:25 p.m. By a vote of 50-45, the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Tiffany Johnson to be a district judge for the northern district of Georgia was agreed to. Senators Cornyn, Moran, Rubio, Sinema, and Vance did not vote.

12:30 p.m. The Senate began voting on cloture on the nomination of Tiffany Johnson to be a district judge for the northern district of Georgia.

12:29 p.m. The Senate confirmed the Davenport nomination, 52-45. Republicans in favor: Collins and Murkowski. Senators not voting: Moran, Sinema and Vance.

11:25 a.m. The Senate began voting on confirmation of the nomination of Sarah Davenport to be a US District Judge for the District of New Mexico.

11:22 a.m. Senator Baldwin spoke on two nominations to the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, Amanda Laihow and Mark Eskenazi and asked UC to confirm both, Senator Marshall objected.

1. Confirmation of the nomination of Sarah Davenport to be a district judge for New Mexico.
2. Cloture on the nomination of Tiffany Johnson for the Northern District of Georgia.

At 1:45 p.m. the Senate will proceed to one vote on cloture on the nomination of Keli Neary for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

If cloture is invoked on the Johnson or Neary nominations, they will join the list below of nominations the Senate will vote on confirmation of at a time to be determined:
1. Cynthia Dixon to be District Judge for the Central District of California.
2. Noel Wise to be District Judge for the Northern District of California.
