1:17 p.m. Senator Schatz spoke in support of S. 1322, S. 385, S. 2862. He then asked for unanimous consent for the Senate to pass the following legislation en bloc, S. 1322, S. 385, S. 2862. Senator Rounds asked for unanimous consent to modify Senator Schatz request to include H.R. 3371/S. 2088. Senator Tillis objected to the modification request. Senator Schatz received consent to add a committee substitute amendment to S. 1322., S. 1322, S. 385, and S. 2862 was passed en bloc by voice vote.

1:16 p.m. By a vote of 51-47, the Senate invoked cloture on Gail Weilheimer to be District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
