The Senate convened for a pro forma session today 9:15 a.m. Senator Ben Lujan presided and no business was conducted.

The Senate will next meet on Friday, August 16th at 10:00 a.m. for a pro forma session.

Except for pro forma sessions the Senate is adjourned until Monday, September 9 at 3:00 p.m. At that time, following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Adam Abelson to be a District Judge for the District of Maryland.
At approximately 5:30 p.m., the Senate will vote on cloture on the Abelson nomination.
